LED Luxury Step Lamp
LED step lighting for coach aisles and entrance steps: an LED strip in a PVC extrusion with plug-in connectors, finished with end caps, row-number plates and a carpet or PVC step-edge cover.
Installation
- 1Cut the PVC extrusion 130 mm shorter than the actual step length.
- 2Mark the step surface; the PVC extrusion sits 65 mm from the step edge.
- 3Drill Φ4 holes every 250 mm along the step, fit Φ6 expansion tubes and fix with M4×40 screws.
- 4Place the carpet or PVC edge bottom 60 mm from the side edge of the step; drill Φ4 holes every 150 mm, fit Φ6 expansion tubes and fix with M4×40 screws.
- 5Insert the end caps into the extrusion and fix with M4×40 screws; add the black stickers, then the row-number plate, then the cover.
- 6On vertical step faces, the bottom sits 50 mm from the top edge.
- 7Connect the wiring in parallel and test with the power on.
- 8Fit the carpet or step-edge cover last.
