Privacy policy

This website is operated by Zhangjiagang Jiahe Automotives Parts Co., Ltd., Changyinsha Modern Agriculture Demonstration Park, Zhangjiagang, Jiangsu 215623, China. This notice explains what we do with the information you send us.

What we collect

When you use the enquiry form we receive your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, the country of your dialling code, your message and any files you attach. We also record the page you sent the form from, the page you first arrived on, the referring website and campaign tags in the address, your approximate country from your IP address, and your browser's user agent. Your IP address itself is stored only as a one-way hash, used to limit repeated submissions.

Why we use it

Only to answer your enquiry, prepare quotations and follow up on them. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.

Where it is kept

Enquiries and attachments are stored on Cloudflare's infrastructure and forwarded by email to our sales team. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the form is sent by a person; Cloudflare's own privacy policy covers that check.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not use analytics or advertising cookies. Your browser's session storage remembers the page you arrived on during your visit so that it can be sent with an enquiry; it is cleared when you close the tab.

Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the information you sent by emailing service@ybexport.com with the subject “Privacy request”.
